    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I also wish to compliment the Committee on the COVID-19 Situation in Kenya for the work well done. I support Sen. Sakaja on The Pandemic Response and Management Bill. That Bill was thoroughly worked out. We looked at all the other aspects, and therefore, for the National Assembly to call it a Money Bill is not acceptable. Let us create rapport with the leadership of the other House, so that we have a better way forward. If that Bill is good for Kenyans, let us not have people throwing it away for flimsy excuses like it being a Money Bill."
