    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, many times persons with disabilities (PWDs) lack the opportunity and they end up not making it economically. That is why I have said many times that we have to see how to help PWDs improve economically so that the cyclic nature of poverty does not recur in their families. When you follow most PWDs, their families are languishing in poverty. Some of them are not able to take their children to school. Some of them are not able to manage themselves. I will say on the Floor of this House that when many people look at PWDs they imagine that the businesses they can do is selling sweets. You will find people donating to PWDs a wheelchair that has a carrier behind for them to sell sweets. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, allow me just a minute, kindly. The PWDs also need to be in businesses that are doing well. They should not just be given opportunities to supply stationaries, stapling pins and all that. They should also be given opportunity to supply desks, build infrastructure, roads and so on and so forth, depending on their ability. Thank you for the opportunity and I support."
