Speaker, I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education the following Question: (i) What steps is the Ministry taking to improve and enhance service delivery in the Ministry of Education offices at the Mandera West Sub-County Headquarters that serve teachers from more than 78 primary schools and 9 secondary schools in the area? (ii) When will the Ministry create administrative units to be designated as educational zones and deploy Curriculum Support Officers? (iii) Could the Ministry consider providing suitable motor vehicle to the Sub-county office to facilitate transport of officers in the sub-county for effective monitoring and evaluation of educational programmes?"
