    "content": "Many stakeholders were consulted when that Bill was being developed. All that we are waiting for is for the Senate to deal with the Bill. I only hope that the Senate will not put it in the coolers because we need to move. That Bill addresses the issue of representation of women, youths, persons with disabilities, minorities and the marginalised. That Bill was supposed to be enacted within a period of five years. I have said severally that that is one law that should not have taken this long. Hon. Millie Odhiambo and many of her colleagues would know that we have had arguments about whether that is the route to go or whether we should go the route of amending Articles 97 and 98 of the Constitution. Hon. Keynan, you wanted to weigh in."
