"content": "Hon. Members, there are still 43 of you who have indicated interest to contribute to this debate. I do not want to deny anyone a chance to speak. So, for the convenience of the House and in order to allow us to come back to what we are debating now, I will reorganise the Order Paper. I will make the following orders; that business appearing as Order No.11 be removed from the Order Paper. This is at the request of the Leader of the Majority Party to allow the Committee to consider afresh proposed amendments that came in yesterday. It will be considered on Thursday afternoon. I know, Hon. Millie Odhiambo, you are the guilty party. Not guilty in the sense that it is wrong to bring amendments. But the Committee just got your amendments this morning and they have requested to reconsider them. In fact, I think they should invite you so that you can discuss with them so that by Thursday we move a little faster. Also, I order that Order Nos. 8, 9 and 10 be read out so we dispose of them."
