    "content": "The matters that are before this Committee are very heavy. They require a lot of public participation and stakeholders’ engagement. We have so far done several, but some stakeholders have requested the Committee for time due to COVID-19 and the many challenges we are facing. Many times, we could not complete the exercises we gave ourselves. With that in mind, we are asking the indulgence of the House to give us extension of period for consideration of the petitions by a further 60 days. I beg to second."
