    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 34 to seek leave to move an Adjournment Motion to discuss a definite matter of urgent national importance namely: The Chief Justice’s advice to the President to dissolve Parliament under Article 261(7) as read with Article 27 (3), and (8), Article 81 (b) and Article 100 of the Constitution based on the grounds that Parliament has failed to enact the legislation required to implement the Two Thirds Gender Rule in accordance with cited Articles of the Constitution."
