It is very clear now that even here, all the male Members are on one side and all the female Members are on the other side. I do not think that we have really gotten the gist of the consequences of the advice by the Chief Justice. For example, if you look at the Senate, it has come closest to meeting the Two-thirds Gender Rule. The Senate can, therefore, be said to have made the representation of both gender taken seriously.
