    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I thank the Chairman for his response. However, I am worried. If that is where we are heading, we will be in a lot of trouble. If you have watched the international news of late, there is this fire in the USA that has destroyed towns and forests. It is almost out of control. As long as there is climate change that brings about things like strong winds and high temperatures, fires will be there. The important things are the measures we will put in place. There will always be poachers and hunters and gatherers who, maybe by default, will start fires. Whereas the answer is good, it needs to be more convincing by looking at better mechanisms of quickly putting off the fires once they start. Thank you."
