    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support this amendment which will make the youth council more robust and effective. The youth of this country are a very important vehicle for any development. I have, however, noted that amendment (b) and (c) is a repetition by stating thus: “(b) the Principal Secretary responsible for matters relating to youth or his or her representative nominated in writing.” “(c) the Principal Secretary responsible for matters relating to youth or his or her representative nominated in writing.” It is a repetition and that is why it is making the number to be 16. Secondly, the procedure for picking youth representatives is not clear.
