"content": "From my observation, it looks like this disease is not gender, age or wealth sensitive. It attacks anyone. It is something that we all need to think about. I am very happy because Hon. Wanga has proposed some measures that can be helpful in preventing and controlling it. I agree that modern times call for modern measures. We, as a nation and world, have advanced. We are talking about having a global village. When some nations are well advanced in technology, understanding and research they have done on cancer, some like Kenya are behind. Her proposal to use modern methods of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or telecommunication in order to fight this disease is very important. From far, we can consult, do the right diagnosis and get proper arrangement for treatment. It is important that we support this Bill because it gives solutions on how we can fight cancer."
