The Bill proposes to establish the Office of a Complaints Reviewer in the Lands Registry to act as a central office having statutory powers to receive, process and resolve all complaints relating to land registration and surveying lodged by the public and other interested parties as one of the pillars of easing conduct of business in the country. The Bill was read for a First Time on 14th April 2020 and then committed to the Departmental Committee on Lands for consideration."
