    "content": "In my constituency, I have seen performance improve in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). Even the enrolment has gone up. You find a class of one stream but upon purchase of a school bus, you find the enrolment moves to two streams and this is a day school. So, project approval must be based on the bottom-up approached.
