    "content": "I want to end by saying this to the National Assembly. The issue of increasing funding to CDF lies in allocation of funding during the budget process. By the way, the NG-CDF Act says that, at least, 2.5 per cent goes to CDF, it does not say 2.5 per cent. So, you can even put it during allocation of funding here, if we become a House which we know is a House of honour. We must allocate more money to CDF and state the reasons of going round."
