    "content": "The Report talks about having an accountant to look at the accounts of the constituency. Many Members have contributed to this issue. Our Committee recommendation is to have an accountant in every constituency. However, that can be debated. If we can have one accountant per two constituencies or paired within a county, they can address many of the issues."
