Wetangula, on this formula. We agreed earlier that Members want to vote, and thereafter, we shall make remarks. As I second, I want to just mention and hope that you will give me the second bite at the cherry to explain this journey, which was a consensus, a solution for Kenya, a victory for the Senate and not for any side, but for the country, the people of Kenya and for devolution.
