    "content": "All we need to do is to get the surveyors. When I was a Provincial Commissioner (PC) in the Rift Valley, I remember we reinstated the pillars of the boundary between Kenya and Ethiopia because we followed the maps that were there. Why are we not able to do the same thing in our own country? I do not think we need any legislation as such. It is just a question of determination and doing what is right for Kenyans. Madam Deputy Speaker, I can understand the feeling of my brother or rather my son - I can say - because I campaigned for him when I was PC during those good days."
