    "content": "Just because Kisumu County is a City, it thinks that it can lord it over Vihiga County on the Maseno issue. The residents of Vihiga County might be humble and peaceful because they are people of ‘ Mulembe,’ but that does not mean that they should be ‘sat on’ by Kisumu County. Vihiga County should not be looked down upon by Kisumu County because it is a small county. I condemn the actions of Kisumu County."
