    "content": "Yesterday, I said that the National Assembly through the Parliamentary Budget Office, is declaring the work of the Senate as money Bills without any deliberation. They sit somewhere in a room and decide that all the Bills from the Senate are money Bills. The Senate must find a way and speak authoritatively that the work of the Senate under Article 123 is not going to be trashed in the manner that the National Assembly is doing right now. We must condemn what the National Assembly is doing."
