    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I am shocked that my good friend, Gov. Oparanya, came out with that Statement. Madam Temporary Speaker, I think everybody and all Kenyans know the reason we have had problems in the last 10 or 12 meetings. It is because Gov. Oparanya or the CoG, under the leadership of Gov. Oparanya, betrayed this House last year. They betrayed Kenya last year. However, they have been the first ones to proclaim and tell the world that the Senate is holding money. Madam Temporary Speaker, we have had four Chairpersons of CoG, and Gov. Oparanya is the most colourless of all."
