    "content": "It is a shame that Gov. Oparanya can allocate himself the duty of telling counties what to do. All of us know - we come from counties – that there is no genuine reason counties do not have money. All our counties are collecting less than what the defunct local authorities were collecting. Can we be told what is happening to that money first? Madam Temporary Speaker, I think it is time Kenyans were told the truth and there is need to check the kind of people we put to lead our small clubs like CoG.
