Oparanya’s letter dated 9th September, 2020 and I am surprised that he did not cite an iota of any provision of the Constitution or any other legal instrument upon which he is basing his decision to direct all the 47 counties to shut down. Shame on Gov. Oparanya who I hear want to vie for presidency. I can assure him that he will never be a president in this country. Least of all, Gov. Oparanya should never come to campaign in Machakos County."
