Tonui, just check with the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing and find out what is the position. Has the Ministry come back to them? If they have not, they should approach the Clerk to write to them or ask the clerk of the committee to draft a letter reminding them of the undertaking they made to the committee, and ask them to come forward with the information.
