We now require the team tasked with the responsibility of coming up with an efficient system of revenue collection in our counties, that is CRA, KRA, CoG and the Cabinet Secretary to go to the specifics and prescribe the bare minimum in terms of a financial management system and a revenue collection system. This is the bare minimum that we must demand for."
