    "content": "I think if we want the two organs, both county assemblies and the Senate to oversight the finances of the county, we should give them free hands. I hope this will be addressed through the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI), that we have the Senate oversight the national shareable revenue and also the locally generated revenue. The same with our members of county assemblies (MCAs), they should be given the responsibility and have full authority to oversight both locally generated revenue and the national shareable revenue."
