    "content": "I want to conclude by saying we need to embed this culture of integrity within us. When you see people crying and you hear so many stories, it makes you very unhappy. I just hope that these stories are not true because if you are given a responsibility to do, please, do it. We hear some of these cries may not be genuine and I am happy that in this House, no one has been weeping, crying or mourning. You are mourning and crying because you went somewhere and got Kshs5 million and then you went and negotiated another Kshs8 million and then the person who gave you Kshs5 million gets annoyed with you and you face the music.
