    "content": "We were being told that some houses are up and some houses are lower. If this House is the Upper House, we can only be Upper House if we are not taking the route that I am hearing. I am being careful. You know what I am talking about, but I do not want to say it as I would have said it elsewhere. Otherwise, I would be discussing some houses. If this House is to be the Upper House, integrity is key and it is very important. Do not lie to us that you are protecting some interest and we know very well you are protecting your stomach. It does not make sense. By the way, it is something that everybody is talking about. Can you not feel ashamed? You are a leader and everyone is saying you took Kshs7 million here and you went and took Kshs10 million from another place. What kind of a leader are you? This is why I am calling upon voters. Please, people who qualify to be counciors or MCAs, let them remain MCAs. Those who qualify to be Members of Parliament, bring them to become Members of Parliament either in the Senate or the National Assembly. We have this carelessness of voters in this country that I do not understand where you think you can pick anybody and make that person a Member of the National Assembly. You bring people who cannot distinguish clearly what the role of a Senator or a Member of the National Assembly is. It is sad and I just wanted to say it because people who are doing these things know themselves. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I support."
