    "content": "Going to the particular Bill, I totally agree that it is important for us to harmonise the revenue generating procedures and revenue collection. Devolution did not intent to dismember this country into 47 governments and one government to produce 48 governments. We need it harmonised so that we can avoid a case of double taxation and double payment of levies."
