Members have shown a lot of interest. It is in the interest of Kenyans that we seek to standardise revenue collection in our counties to bring sanity and control in financial management in our counties, especially during this digital era. We must have a digital collection system whereby the revenue collected is not stashed in sacks. This Bill will bring sanity and give incentives to those who do well.
