    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for allowing me to contribute to this. At the outset, I support this Report. The Committee did commendable work. It is a shame that this happened. It is actually a tragedy that we lost 11 rhinos on translocation to Tsavo East. This is something that should not have happened. When you read the report, considering that the PS was in the previous board and he was not able to share the same information with the new board that had initially made sure that two attempts to translocate those rhinos did not happen...
