Senators, may recall the TJRC Act 2008 was amended by the National Assembly in December 2013 among others deleting Paragraph 49 (3) thereon which provided that implementation of the TJRC Report would commence within six months upon publication. The provision as amended provides that the implementation of the TJRC Report shall only commence after consideration of the Report by the National Assembly."
