    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, although it is exactly seven years since the TJRC Report was submitted to the National Assembly on July 2013, it is yet to be formally scheduled for consideration and debate by the National Assembly, which will unlock the implementation of its recommendations by the various agencies and organs of the national and county government.
