    "content": "As I speak about dialysis patients, there are patients suffering from cancer and no one cares about them. There is need for NHIF to ensure that it is doing something about Kenyans. As the Senate, we must cushion families. There are a number of Kenyans who are suffering from different diseases and nobody cares. There is need for this Petition to be taken to the right Committee and for it to ensure that it expedites. The onus is ours to ensure that we support the common man. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I support the Petition."
