One of the Bills that the Speaker of the National Assembly gave a communication on is the County Boundaries Bill that was sponsored by Sen. Khaniri, the Senator for Vihiga County. The other Bills include, the Mental Health Bill, a Bill by Sen. (Dr.) Zani and many others."
