    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a House of rules and procedures. In fact, we cannot just stand up and say that we adjourn. Unfortunately, we have done this before in this House; it is going to be a practice for us. The Senate Majority Leader should invoke Standing Order No.32 to ask for the House to be adjourned. The practice that we are now adopting, in future, cannot be a practice of the House. Therefore, do not allow something like this to happen. There must be a procedure for asking for the House to be adjourned. I thank you."
