    "content": "In your Communication, I want you to further assure Senators in this House on the status of the case that we filed in the High Court about a year ago. This is because I am privy to information that the Leadership is perhaps considering the option of withdrawing that case without reverting to us, Senators, because that was a resolution of the House. Therefore, it is extremely important when you are bringing that Communication, you make it clear that before any such decision can be taken, you must revert to this House, so that Senators give you the permission on the direction you take with regard to that case."
