While appreciating what the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security has done, there is something we must voice, as Members of Parliament. The governance structure we have is that members of the Executive are outside Parliament. Chairpersons are left with a task of explaining to the House and the Kenyan public Statements and Questions that they may not be really privy to. In the end, the Chairman and Parliament are blamed."
