"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for allowing me to contribute to this Bill. At the outset, I want to support the Bill by Hon. Wanga. This is a very important Bill and I know she tried to introduce it in the last session. It is good that it has reached this stage where we are able to actualise its passage. This is a very important Bill on the training of various cadres in the management of cancer. I think it will also be important, as much as each county is going to have an oncologist, to also have someone assisting the oncologist. Having an oncologist alone without someone to assist with diagnosis will not work. I hope Hon. Wanga will consider having a pathologist.
