    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, thank you for this opportunity. From the onset, I would like to say that I am Member of this Committee. I would like to second that amendment because essentially, it does not alter the intention of the Committee. When the Committee recommended stoppage of any procurement process that is ongoing, it intended to cure any anomalies that might have been committed. To use the word ‘reassess’ instead of ‘stop’ still gives the projects an opportunity to be looked into again. In case there is any problem with procurement, there is still a remedy. With that, I second that amendment. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
