    "content": "What we are lacking is the culture constitutionalism. We abuse laws with impunity knowing we will not be held accountable. Until we are serious about prosecution and ensuring convictions, I think this culture will not change. Let us look at countries where there are very serious efforts at ensuring there is not just public relations exercises. We tend to do this as a country and sometimes it is marred in politics and we will not see a change. I am looking forward to a time when we will change this."
