    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, in fact, I would like to commend and thank my colleague, the Chairman who has just spoken. It is good that they shared the Statement with us before they presented it before this House. I sympathise with most of the Chairpersons because we are acting for people who are not serious with their work. If a Member asks a question with specific answers expected and then the Ministries give very shallow responses, this puts the Chairpersons in no-good position. I would like to clearly tell the Cabinet Secretaries that they answer to Parliament and they should not take Parliament for granted because The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
