    "content": "That makes a lot of sense. What the Leader of the Majority Party is saying is that Questions were an improvement on Statements and Petitions. So, Members can take advantage of the fact that the Procedure and House Rules Committee thought it fit that we could have Questions in the circumstances of the Constitution which separates completely the workings of the Legislature and that of the Executive. So, it is a way that is faster and more efficient. So, Members as you bring up your issues, consider the faster ones. But even Petitions and Statements are still good depending on what you want to get."
