    "content": " Thank you. I was just raising that as a by the way. Then the issue that has been addressed in as far as the schools are concerned by Hon. (Ms.) Florence Mutua, Chair of the Committee on Education, Hon. Deputy Speaker, that Statement states that Kshs308 million was released for co-curricular - which is for the purchase of text books. Moreover, what you realize is that the whole of one year is now gone. This means that we would want the Ministry of Education not to purchase other books for the coming year because they used the 2019/2020 Financial Year to purchase that. Can they now take the money for this financial year, 2020/2021… That is, instead of purchasing other books to add on top of the books they are going to purchase, they can put that money into infrastructure development that can accommodate social distancing."
