    "content": "Cancer is almost becoming a pandemic in Kenya. As we stress so much on infrastructure; building of Level 5, Level 6 hospitals and purchasing of radiology equipment, we also need to focus so much on the human resource part of it. You can have too many radiology machines, you can have very beautiful infrastructure, but without the necessary and relevant personnel, we will not go anywhere. That is why I support this Bill in terms of training of our medical personnel, so that we have them in the relevant field to save our people from dying of cancer."
