"content": "So, it is only fair for us to avoid a situation in which we could be said to be acting in vain, especially having raised the issue of insufficient time to participate or lack of enough time, lack of space and such like things. But, for this one, the Clerk is directed to sit with the Chairman and agree on the days the advert is going to appear and agree on the three days that the Committee is going to sit and listen to everybody. This may include the Members of this House who may even have instructions from their constituents to also come and represent them before the Committee. That is the direction.
