My Question is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the construction of Kitale–Endebess- Suam Road (C45) in Endebess Constituency has stalled despite having been funded? (ii) What measures has the Ministry put in place to ensure that the construction of the said road resumes as soon as possible and that it is completed on time?
