    "content": "So, all round the world we have systems in place, we have legal framework in place, we have structures in place and I assure you if you look at the next debate that is coming, you will find the same system. We really have to come round as a country and as others said, we should start mentioning people. This person did not do this and this person did this instead of genaralising. That way, we can start taking action on them. I want to end by saying that I support this project, the recommendations that we have made and I call upon the Committee on Implementation to make sure that these generic principles that have been put in place are looked at during implementation.
