(i) Could the Cabinet Secretary outline the mechanisms the Ministry has put in place and the facilities it has availed, if any, to ensure that students with various forms of disabilities are able to effectively and efficiently access online learning during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic when learning institutions are closed? (ii) What guidelines and framework have been put in place to guide the eventual re- opening of schools with respect to all public and private institutions providing special education in the Country?
