    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to state that the response from Hon. Koinange is quite convincing. I want to request the Committee to consider the issue of police officers who become disabled in the line of duty. One of the qualifications for being a police officer is that you must be physically fit. It is a job that requires physical strength. When officers lose physical strength, they get stranded. They require psychosocial counselling. As we counsel other officers, let us remember those officers who get disability in the line of duty. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
