    "content": "countries. We are very lucky because God loves us. The Covid-19 pandemic has not hit Africa as badly as it has done in other parts of the world. I would like to ask this House to support this Amendment Bill. The Covid-19 Pandemic experience has taught us a big lesson. We now have to do it at home because you cannot travel anywhere due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Not everyone will get preference out there, and not all of us have that opportunity. With those remarks, I support the Bill and urge Members to support it."
